We grow early, mid and late varieties of high bush blueberries. This makes it them easy to pick. With almost 400 bushes there is plenty of room for the family to spread out.
Families with children of all ages are always welcome!!.
FARM PHILOSOPHY
As the great law of the Iroquois Nation states, "In Our Every Deliberation, We Must Consider the Impact of Our Decisions on the Next Seven Generations.[ii]" Even though, Eva & Eero could not see 140 years into the future, they set the initial direction of the farm. They strongly believed and practiced the idea of keeping the land healthy, working with nature, and teaching and nurturing the youngest generation. They truly lived the idea that children are our future. Without children of learning, there is no future. There was no greater joy for Eva than interacting with families and their children when they visited the farm. She shared her knowledge and love of the land with all she knew. This is the heritage we are building on.
